I hated this place. The service was slow and bad. The place was not even busy and they took forever to get our order and food to come out. The item on the menu I wanted was not available. The food came and it was overdone. They spilled some of the drinks Worst of all, my plate came with a tomato sauce that was spoiled. It was tingly due to the carvbonation and off tasting. I would not recommend this place to anyone else.

Walked about a mile and half from my hotel to get a pint of Guinness here barmaid poured it in one fell swoop with a head of abouta quarter of the pint I thought she was letting it settle no that was her idea of a pint when I asked to top it up she was none to pleased a shame as the Guinness was good and and reasonably priced at 4.60

Drinks were good and not too expensive BUT the poor girl on the bar looked like she wanted to kill someone and I don't blame her! There were not enough staff, especially given that cocktails are labour intensive. Only 2 ladies on the bar on a very busy Saturday night trying to serve over 40 people! The service was quick but not pleasant, and this is the fault of management not staff.

This is not in any way an Irish pub however it is a large bar with a decent range of beers and serving a standard range of burgers. It is located in the student zone 20 minutes walk from the old town.
