Awesome experience! We prepaid online, arrived 30 mins early the process was quick and easy! Our guide Victor was so down to earth and fun! I would definitely go again!

We booked a Jet Ski Tour for two people online (around five months before we arrived). It was very simple and we received various confirmations for the chosen date. As we arrived at the Mallorca Water Sport Center a friendly stuff member welcomed us. But after we showed our tickets he told us there was a mistake made at our reservation and we couldn't make the tour. After some hours he called us back to say we could participate at another tour on later on that day. So we came back a while later only so they can tell us it will take another will until we could get the Jet Skis. After one hour waiting (it was now 5pm, confirmed date was at 2pm) we canceled the tour and ordered a refund. This day was ruined after hours of waiting for a 30 minutes Jet Ski Tour. Besides the friendly employees we can't recommend this company.

We arrived and we were greeted by a very unfriendly 1m50 Spanish women at around 16:45 the 29.08.2018. we tried to talk to her but she was busy using her phone. We had a few question, but the chat to her colleague was more interesting. The flyboard session was fun. When we came back someone stole our shoes. When we talked to her, she wasn’t interested at all. She was still so unfriendly and disrespectful. I thinks it could be a fun place, when staff is getting trained.

Hired a RIB for three hours, 2 adults and 2 kids - prices good if you think you are going on the RIB in the advertising material as boat looks great and spacious - taken down to a tiny RIB craft 15hp engine just managed to all get on - mentioned when back nothing like the picture and they agreed but did nothing - in fact I said could I have a look at boat when reserving on site and lady said it's like the picture!! Wouldn't recommend
