The rented bicycle was ok, the problem came with costumer service. I was a little bit late so I called them, the stuff If they can wait, They said a typical Spanish sentence "No Problem" I will wait for you to 20:15. I was there 20:14 and guess what, nobody was there. I had no clue what to do with the bicycle So I went to the nearest info center to ask if they can give me a phone number to somebody from this company. They were very helpful and called them directly, someone from the company said tie up the bike near our shop, leave the key bellow the desk and we will give you back the money. The problem was that I had a flight next morning at 6 am So I can't come back to this company. It was a risk, but I believed my European neighbors. So I did it I took video footage and the same night I wrote them an e-mail. From this moment nobody response, I wrote them several emails, some messages on facebook, I asked my Spanish friends for a favor to call them, the company said typical "No problem" and they absolutely ignoring me and my friends, wasting my time, time of my friends and still borrow (steal) my money (deposit for the bike). It's hard to speak with them in English, I really don't understand how can this service can be recommended in the info center. :-//

My friend David Adam asked me to contact this company to help him to resolve a problem with returning back the deposit of 40 Euro, because nobody was responding him, when he was writing in English. So I called to the company, I spoke with some gentleman on the phone and he told me, that he will let me know within 1 hour. What do you think that happened? Of course he did not let me know. And this is exactly the typical "Spanish attitude" what my friend ment. You do not care at all, taking everythig easy, not resolving problems - leaving them for tomorrow, just ignoring them. And saying something different and doing something different. If you promised that he can return the bike later, what is the problem to give him money back when he returned the bike? Or next time just say that he exceeded the time and you cannot return the deposit. It is easy. He could save his time and nerves by trying to contact you. Next time instead of writing excuses here on Google, try to respond to couple of emails from your clients.

Good place to leave your luggage ,friendly staff only downside being that the luggage should be collected before 8pm
