Bathrooms could be better. Nice attention from reception team. In some cases they have delay on appointments as all the hospitals.

Very convenient place for pcr test (if you need one for traveling purpose). No waiting time, and the people can speaks english. PCR cost is really expensive though : 115 euros.

Amazing experience and could not fault the service. I am surprised to see the poor reviews as my experience was amazing. My 7 year old daughter was assessed in emergencies as she was unwell. They were very thorough, sent us for a chest X-ray straight away and then sent us home. However later that day she deteriorated and had breathing difficulties so I came back to the urgencias. We ended up stayed in hospital for 2 nights and they did an amazing job to look after her and make her well again. My Spanish is pretty bad and all the doctors and some of the nurses spoke perfect English which I really appreciated. I am very grateful for the amazing care.

Despite being severely injured, I have to wait a month for an arthrogram because it turns out there’s ONE specialist in charge of this kind imaging that goes ONCE a week to the hospital to do only ONE patient. As I have been informed several times by the staff members, it is neither possible to arrange two arthrograms in one day nor request the radiographer to go two different days in the same week. Beyond belief...

If you are brought here by ambulance crew no matter how bad you are request a state hospital. They brought my brother here a year ago after he had a seizure. He is epileptic. If we were at home he would be brought home or recover himself from the seizure with time. But NO, when brought to this Quronsalud hospital he was put in ICU! How own medication was withdrawn and he was put on medication by the team there without consultation with us his family. The medication they gave him had caused bad reactions in the past. They kept him there, scaring us, his family with stories of: \if he discharged himself and got on a plane we would me liable for any flight redirection if he had another seizure and the plane had to divert\. When we did get him discharged a 9,000 bill arrived when we returned home. He was insured by UK insurance who said this hospital reported the he had not taken his medication. When was he asked this? When he was in the back of an ambulance, out of it, post seizure and when he was in their hospital, confused and intravenously hooked up to an epilepsy drug that he had bad reactions to in the past. This was over a year ago and they have pursued this to his home here in the UK. This has caused immense stress and pressure to him and our 85 year old mother who was with us at the time. Shocking charlatans- AVOID like the plague being taken to this hospital if you can. We are now having to mount a legal challenge and will not give up.
