positives: clean, professional and good mannered front desk. negative: visited ENT... i was rushed , not given proper instructions ( had to google how to do an exercise for vertigo that needs assistance from the ENT). The lady ENT was really friendly and welcoming. The man ENT felt like he judged me or was angry towards me because i had a problem with my health.. like i chose to have blocked ears.

Dr. Christian Gmelin was very knowledgeable, kind and extremely helpful. What other doctors couldn't figure out for 1.5 year in Sweden, he solved it in less then an hour and provided effective treatment. Highly recommend him!
