Our family moved from BCN to Belgium in the middle of the pandemic. With these guys, it all went without a hitch. I dealt with Miguel Llanos who was super straight and gave me a price that was very competitive. Access to our flat in BCN was tricky, but it wasn't a problem. A few days later, everything arrived in Belgium. Nothing broken, nothing damaged. They were very good and I'm happy to recommend them.

Over a few months Miguel and I corresponded regarding some boxes I wanted him to receive and store for me until I found an apartment in Barcelona. He was always so helpful, flexible, and very quick to respond to my emails. He explained everything very clearly in English. Unfortunately due to Covid, my plans changed so I no longer needed to use his services, and he very kindly cancelled my contract, no questions asked.
I was recommended this company by the agent we have rented our new apartment from and was very impressed right from the start. I sent a message on their website which prompted a call from Xesco who then came to our old apartment on a Friday to establish our needs for our move. The following Monday we had a quote and decided to go with them and suggested what packaging we would need to pack up oir belongings. Tuesday the packaging arrived and we had 2 weeks before move day, extremely fast service. Miguel contacted me the day before the move to make sure all was well and the team of 4 turned up exactly as expected and worked extremely hard over a 10 hour period. They were all friendly, courteous and professional and we all got by with a bit of Spanish and English language and it actually was fun. We would have no reason not to use this company again for our next move, which will be back to the UK. Miguel contacted me the day after to make sure all went well and told me the invoice would be sent and to let him know when we wanted a pick up of the used boxes and plastic for recycling/re-use in packing. Highly recommend this company for a job well done.
I had the best moving experience with them and I usually travel alot and move all over Europe. They cared about my needs, being on schedule without making me worry about my things been delivered on the right address and at the right time, which was much appreciated considering that I was moving from one country to another. The personnel was well trained and friendly. They made me a fair offer respecting all the terms of the contract. To sum up: a professional company which I highly recommend.
