Terrible experience from a rude and arrogant shop manager in the Ronda store when returning Pyjamas that had a faulty seam on the pyjama top. At first she refused me a refund because I did not have the receipt. When I insisted I was within my rights as she could not replace the faulty item, she called her Head Office who told her to make the refund. She insisted she would not refund the cost of the pyjama bottoms even though the top and bottoms were bought together as a matching set, telling me to wear the bottoms with a white T shirt. Great sales technique......don't waste money buying pyjama tops! Just about matches her level of customer service! This was my first Oysho experience and certainly my last.
