We were kept waiting to be collected from the airport and had to ring them twice to collect us to take us to the office. Extreamly slow service and the cars were not ready and had to be washed while we waited. When we got the first automatic car it was faulty and would not drive. We were given a second car that was covered in scratches. Took 15 mins to note them all!!! Drove off and after 2 mins realised the tank was only quarter full!!! Had to return and then follow an employee to the petrol station to fill up. Whole process took an hour and a half!! Really poor service.

No cumplen con el horario que indican en internet. Cierran los viernes a las 3 de la tarde, con lo que me quedé sin poder recoger el coche.... Nunca más.
