After a phone call today 7/1/18 At 21.38 pm to the Surgical ward room 2.. The nurse didn't listen to me talk over me and put the phone down on me. My cousin is a patient at Ourense Hospital and is been there for the last 3 to 4 days. He doesn't have a mobile phone as he doesn't use one. His bother is recovering from a serious accident and is unable to drive at the moment. The patient address is 64 km to Ourense Hospital. I live in Ireland and the only thing I wanted is to have a very short conversation with him as myself working in a Hospital setting I know how much isolation can damage the Mental Health of the individual. As well I understand the nurse station phone should respect by the public but if no patients phone in the rooms or general area a 2 minutes conversation is not to much to ask. As a Nurse myself I felt sad and disappointing on the way your nurse spoke to me at the phone. They were rude,talk over me ,put the phone down and the worst thing they fail to meet the needs of the patient and his human rights. Bego.

Esta muy mal el servicio de mantenimiento las aceras son cuchillas ya me revente dos cámaras en una semana sin poder tener a quien reclamar nadie quiere responsabilidades los políticos de turno se limpian con gel desinfectante y los anteriores se la sudan los problemas actuales y los que pagamos los servicios puteados es una triste realidad y estamos en la era tecnología siglo 21 que alegría
