NIGHTMARE!!!! [Update] Feb/2018 Malfunction twice (4th & 5th breakdown in 7months) *Dec/2017 Another malfunction (3rd breakdown in 6months) *Nov/2017 Elevator finally epaired\ and functioned for only 4 hours, and then shut down again. *Oct/2017 Repair requests weren't even sent to technicians correctly. *May-Oct/2017 Ignore customer's repair request for four months after delivery. *May/2017 Failed promised date of delivery. It's signed to deliver the elevator in May, at the end of April, the elevator wasn't even built!!!! Delayed delivery till July. *Have only a few technicians touring the whole Europe for all the installation and repair. *Experienced staffs fired so nobody knows what to do. REGRET TO HAVE DONE BUSINESS With THEM. Stay away from this company!!!

Llame unas 17 veces y espera mas de 5 minutos cada llamada sin éxito. Era el numero de rescates. Afortunadamente no había nadie dentro pero estuvimos sin ascensor toda la mñn. Que falta de profesionalidad!!!
