From the moment I made contact with Ana in Optima Villas with a view to booking Costa Mar, I received friendly efficient service. As for the apartment...it is fantastic! Such a great location in the heart of Playa Blanca, close to all amenities...yet very peaceful and quiet. We loved both the view and the sound of the sea from the large balcony and kept the doors open at night time (very safe). The apartment was spotless and the cleaners very obliging when we arrived early asking to drop off our bags. We loved it so much we've booked again for December 2020.

Wonderful immaculate villa in an extremely convenient location. Great for local shops, bars and a terrific Italian Restaurant. Also close for the seafront walks and bus stops into Playa Blanca Resort. Super welcome pack including wine/pizza and all necessary towels. We had a small issue with a fauty toaster on day 2 but once reported, it was replaced within 2 hrs - great customer support. All neceessary cooking implements etc are present and immaculate - we did cooked breakfast every day and several meals including a BBQ one night and a Paella another. I can highly recommend not only this Villa, but also OptimaVillas as a booking company.
Villa Cielo was a lovely villa in quiet location. Plenty of space and all the facilities that you could need. The pool was lovely and was cleaned twice whilst we were there and plenty of seating areas. Lovely restaurants less than a 5 min walk away and they were far superior to anything in Playa Blanca. Optima Villas gave us a 5 star service and we will definitely be using them again.
Fantastic villa and company. We stayed in Villa Ledicia, which was immaculately clean, spacious and well equipped. A short 15 minute to the town centre or a 3.5 Euro cab ride if you prefer. We have stayed with Optima twice now and will hesitate to again
We spent 2wks at Villa Ladera through Optima Villas and having stayed in many villas in Playa Blanca previously - this is easily the best. With issues due to Covid19, Zuzanna at Optima was excellent and put things in place including Plan B's should our holiday not go haead. Having pushed our holiday back 1wk, she was very quick in re-arranging and ensuring we were stress free althrough the process and this added to the super holiday we just had. We were first to stay in Villa Ladera for quite a few months due to Covid19 so there were some minor things that needed addressing (TV channels, pool light) and they even arranged for the trees to be trimmed so our view to Fuerteventura & Lobos was unrestricted and panoramic - Elo & the support team were very prompt and were all superb. 100% highly rated!
