Parcel from Spain to U.K. Charge 32 quite high compared to others but needed to send urgently. Not weighed at counter but all details taken said 5 days to destination. The parcel weighed 2.8 kg and was not that large. This was a Friday on Monday phone call from MRW made a mistake with price need another 20 !! Most concerned about 5 day delivery being delayed but assured parcel was on way. Went to MRW office on the Tuesday showing quotes from 8 other couriers in the area. 15 20 23 even next day delivery was cheaper than the 52 that they were now charging me. No comment from office that dealt with package other than thats what it is and a shrugg. If it wasn't for the fact that I wanted parcel to be there for a birthday I would have refused to pay but was unsure what the outcome would be as the parcel already on its way. Needless to say would never use them again. I would add that when parcel went over to GLS in the U.K. for final stage of delivery it was delivered a day before expected and I was able to track.

De todas las veces que he tenido un pedido que me lo tenían que traer ellos NUNCA ME LO HAN TRAÍDO A CASA, SIEMPRE HE TENIDO QUE IR YO A RECOGERLO A LA OFICINA, y eso que la dirección del envío era la dirección de la casa. Siempre dicen que no estoy en casa, mientras que me paso TODO EL DÍA en casa para ver cuando tienen ellos ganas de \traerlo\ porqué nunca lo traen. Falta de profesionalismo!!!!!!!!!!!
Muy incompetentes!dicen que llaman al timbre y estoy en casa... y funciona perfectamente!se marcha el repartidor y a los 10 minutos me mandan un mensaje que estoy ausente\u200d️....digo yo....si me mandan un mensaje diciendo que estoy ausente porque no llama el repartidor a mi número y se involucra un poquito más en su trabajo....digo yo..inconpetencia pura y dura!!!!NUNCA MAS MRW

La tercera vez que tengo que recibir algo y dicen que no estamos en casa. Cuando estamos casi confinados. Luego te envian whatsapp para que hagas 80 km¿ para recoger el pedido?. Encima te dicen que han pasado y que no estabas, y no una vez , si no varias.
De 125gr me cobraban casi cuatro veces más que en otra agencia
Son lo peor,no cogen el telefono,no contestan,no llegan a tiempo,me envian mensaje de ir yo a recoger un paquete que esta pagado con envio a domicilio,sin aber pasado por casa,sin avisar sin nada y me envian el mensaje de ir por el paquete 10min antes de cerrar un viernes!!!! De risa !
