Perfect two bedroom apartment close to Estepona: clean, safe and great customer service. Make sure to book a sun bed before it's too late! There's a bus that takes you to the city and the beach, leaving every hour from the hotel.

Could be better. At the hotel the weather is very windy, but the rooms are extremely nice and spacious, yet it does lack some services. The card used to demagnetise without us putting it near a magnet far way too many times (over 5 times in a week), which was a bit frustrating and disappointing. The staff is very friendly, yet when we asked for a clothing horse they didn't deliver. It was overall a positive experience but I have mixed feelings about this place. The place isn't bad but I won't be going again. I'm not sure if I would recommend or not. The place also has very nice views. My stay was mid-August 2017.
Check in was a 30 minute nightmare (2 employees and how many hundreds of rooms?). WiFi was down the whole time and our upgrade to \Sea view\ was a tiny sliver of blue (see picture). The suite itself was very nice and clean, the pool was delightful. The cabana bar staff was nice, but the food was sub-par at best.
This is very good hotel. Rooms are big and comfortable. View is amazing. Restaurant serves tasty food. Stuff is excellent and very helpful! The best place for family holidays!
