Absolute Shambles! BE CLEAR TO READ ALL THE SMALL PRINT FOLKS. and be prepared to get a shuttle bus away from the airport then told to take a ticket and wait 2 hours for your car. Outside! Can see this is a regular occurrence. Staff very rude and not helpful! AVOID THIS COMPANY.

Worst rental car experience I had in my life. Do yourself a favor don’t reserve with them! The price is not clear, they charge you more. They are not clear with the conditions. Most impolite costumer service I saw in my life. I wasn’t the only one in that case. Attention ils ne sont pas corrects !
Do not use this company! The cheap sticker price you see turns out to be a huge mistake. They charge you more for insurance purposes than what you reserve for, at least 60 or more. We booked and got to the office somewhat before 10 pm, to find a queue longer than 2 hours. Understaffed and overwhelmed, we left to our lodging. Tried to get my reserve money back (big mistake) and they repeatedly refused. Put a complaint form to the local government for such terrible service. This is a regular thing, we went the in March, before the holidays.
This is the worst company to rent a car. Hours of waiting for a car and the same thing returning it. First and last time using them. Worst service ever. Do not recommend at all!!!!
Avoid OK RENT A CAR! This company is not honest They will charge you extra costs I rent cars every month for more that 10 years now, and I never had such a bad experience ! They charged me 600eur of damage on the car, damages that were present when I took the car. They know it but they charged me... They are not honest!!!! AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID

sao uns ladroes, posso dizer que o aluguer barato é mentira. nao têm stand no aeroporto mais de uma hora para me entregar um carro todo riscado, estao a espera de nao se assinalar alguma coisa para cobrar o arranjo foi o que aconteceu la ficaram 200, cheguei a ver funcionarios ao saltos em a volta dos carros a procura de coisinhas de nada, sem simpatia, pessimo servico. este servico esta abaixo dos pais de terceiro mundo. vemos pelos comentários mais de 90% avaliacao é 1 espero que este estabelecimento feche rapidamente... volto a frisar o filho da put... que me recebeu o carro roubou.me 200 mais para uma cambada de drogados...
Fantástico. Transporte inmediato a la base y vuelta al aeropuerto. Recogida y entrega rapidísima. Precio imbatible. Muy satisfecho!!
