Can honestly say that after my bad experience and my review, OK have done everything they can to make up for it. I've now been using them regularly since they sorted this out and they've been great. I shall continue using them as i always get great cars and a great deal and they offered me advice on how to make collection and booking as easy as possible. So am now upgrading my review as a result. Terrible service, rude staff, long waiting times. Staff complaining that the managers take too many bookings and leave them to deal with the problems that follow. 2 members of staff on to deal with 300 bookings. I didn't even get my car after waiting 5 hours in total. But I didn't get a refund. So paid for 9 days hire and didn't even get a car. That's theft/fraud. Terrible.

I've had a bad experience today. Faced with a delay last night of my flight we tried to contact OK Rental in Alicante. None of the telephone numbers on the documentation work (they don't ring) so we looked on their website in the UK and Spain, the numbers on here don't work either. We waited for them to pick us up at the airport but no one turned up. So, tired and ready for bed, we hired a car from somewhere else for one day, (at our expense) and headed to our accommodation and planned to return the next day. We did, and was told our prepaid booking had been cancelled because we did not turn up and we'd have buy another booking and no refund or allowance was applicable. Shocking Service and I will not be using them again.
I had a nice experience with this car rental company. I booked a Golf 7 for 5 days and when i arrived this type of car was not available anymore and they asked if i agree to take a simillar car like a Peugeot 308. When they saw that i was relluctant they offered me a new Jeep Renegade for just a small extra fee of 20 euros for the entire 5 days rental.

Fatal atencion al cliente!! Haces cola pero se puede saltar la cola pagando una tasa q cuesta mas de lo q pagas por el coche!!!! No merece la pena xq pierdes el tiempo de tus vacaciones esperando y viendo como quien se lo puede permitir es atendido antes! Jamas he visto nada igual!!! Una tomadura de pelo!!! Edto tiene q ir en contra de los derechos del consumidor ! No lo recomiendo! Huye!
