The young lady supposed to help us did not know much (which is OK if she is learning her job) but made no efforts and showed no interest at all. An automated map distributor would do the same.

Just attended Tablao Elarsenal and sold ticket by them at 65 Euros all inclusive drinks and food. Wrong! I could have bought a ticket direct cheaper and the ticket they sold me was not inclusive. Sad to say I have been ripped off by many businesses in Seville, taxi drivers, hotels

Easy to find office right in the midst of the big attractions, free maps, helpful, but when I asked about a public toilet, I was told none, I must go to a museum or restaurant, when in fact there is one in the next hallway of the same building. Sad
