Bureaucracy is never the most enjoyable way to spend time, but they were efficient friendly and helpful when I went to confirm my padron. In and out in 20 minutes or less, despite arriving without an appointment (i didn't need one though) and some changes being needed for my documents.

Been here twice, once for the padron and then again for a residents parking pass. Both times I attended without an appointment and needed to wait just 5 minutes. The staff are helpful and speak English, those that don't are very happy to help find somebody that does.
