I would like to congratulate the excellent work based on the experience of improved client service. Few days ago I had an issue with the administrative department and thanks to efforts of a central office in Madrid (many thanks to Rosa) and of course, O2 Wellness Huelva (especially to Rocío) the case was solved and deserves a good mention in Google. Thanks for staying in touch with your clients and for strengthening the good relations!

Absolutely disgusting service from the receptionist and the administrative department. They are liars and robbers, especially the administrative person called Patricia with the sarcastic attitude and the worst service I have ever received in Spain. I definitely do NOT recommend this sport center just due to the impression of the \service\ I have received.

Me encanta las clases de zumba con David P. La piscina. Por ahora no está maxificado. Y puedo ir andando desde casa que es un plus.

Muy descontenta con la gestión de O2. Creo que están desesperados por tener clientes. Quise inscribir a mi hijo en natación un curso más a través de la página y explícitamente me dijeron que debía ir expresamente a las instalaciones para terminar la inscripción. Cambie de opinión y ni fui ni firmé nada. Sin embargo, le dieron de alta de manera unilateralmente y me han cobrado.
