Bought Nutrex Outrage and tried it once, but it made me sick. When I tried to return it I was told they won't allow refunds for an open product (which makes no sense, as you cannot use the product unless you open it). This company will be reported for selling unsafe products and offering no concession when it makes customers ill. *Update: in response to the rep's reply: just because it is a policy of your store does not make it right. Any consumable product, no matter what it is, isn't immune to the same criteria as a food item, and must be refunded when it makes a customer ill. I was not \sampling\ the product. I took the suggested use and it made me sick. Period. There is no justification for refusing a refund. Again, I will be contacting the appropriate governing bodies, as well as Nutrex, the makers of the product.
