They have a good selection of products. I bought and paid for a battery and installation was included with a friendly smile........but as soon as my battery which was a good make failed, they were happy to replace the battery of course I have a 2 year guarantee but i had to pay to have my new one installed in my car again? It should be free surely!!! A confused customer.

The web site needs work.. it can never find my membership BUT if I try to start again it says that email address is already a member? Then it can't find me again... wasting too much time. Ordered of other site and free delivery three days later.
