On November 25, 2020, my friend ordered a gift from you for me. 55 days have passed - there is no parcel. There is not even a track number! There is no answer from your managers either. Just ignore. Left without money and without a gift. Order 6025570 UPDATE: You say you sent the package on 27/11. And your manager Elena wrote that it was 30/11. Your dates do not match, because you are lying! Why there is NO track number if the parcel is sent !? You say \Russia usually takes 20-25 days\ - 55 days have passed! And you still find out the track number from someone.

Very disappointed left boot is perfect right boot looks like someone getting trained made it, not worth returning, after paying postage and customs may as well buy something else in UK this time. Quality is very poor compared to my previous pair that lasted 8 years be surprised if I get a year out of these.

I've been wearing New Rocks since the early 90's and am still just as satisfied with every new pair I buy. The best thing about New Rock is that they are extremely solid, and so durable that they will last your entire life, and thanks to the best customer service I have ever experienced, even if something breaks, they can provide you with a metal replacement part, I have 25 different pairs and have never had to throw one pair away. Even when I once had a problem with an online shop (not an official site) that continued to refuse to pay me back after I sent a new pair back because it looked like it was cut with a knife, they just ignored me after 3 months I desperately sent an email to New Rock Spain where I explained my problem and thanks to them that shady salesman refunded my money 4 days later These are some of the reasons why I think New Rock is the # 1 shoe brand ever. New Rock shoes are certainly worth their money, I am already shopping for a new pair.
