Wow! Fantastic massage centre! Great location in the centre of Malaga and what an amazing building. Lovely, friendly, helpful staff and very attentive. Lovely little touch with chocolates on arrival too. Vast choice of treatments that can all be tailored to you. Definitely recommend this place!

It was so-so. On the positive side, the facility is very nice, clean and well-stocked with complimentary water, tea and chocolate. Communication to book the session was quick, clear and prompt over email. Staff is very polite. Not so good was that the 90 min session was scheduled to start at 8 pm, but due to another session running over time, we started at 8:15 yet the therapists still ended the session at exactly 9:30. So it was only a 75 min massage, but we were still somehow charged an extra 10 euros on top of what it said on the website (80 euros for 90 min). This price is still reasonable, even for a 75 min session, but when you are expecting 90 min and get less than that and are charged more that doesn't feel good :/ Finally both my friend and I initially had asked for firm pressure, but the pressure was very light and neither therapist asked at any point in the session if we wanted more. Please be more clear about timing and pricing and at least ask the client once during the massage if the pressure is satisfactory. It will go a long way in making the experience more enjoyable.
NEVER AGAIN! I was welcomed by a professional lady in a great room last Sunday evening. When I prepared and layed down on the bed, i was surprised that an old lady came in and started. I asked her to change to strong massage, coz i felt only a light touch, like caressing. She said yes, but nothing changed. For 90min, she was just caressing, the same places 3times again, some places she just forgot. This was not okay, the lady did not know what she was doing. When I left, the other lady was already gone, like she knew this was not okay!
Really great experience! The Sakura ritual was incredibly relaxing and my skin and body feels amazing days after the treatment. The room was gorgeous and atmospheric, it made me feel calm as I stepped in.
