Second we use hire car, and I will use them again this time next summer. I paid the full package to avoid surprises. When we picked up the car, I discovered that the 12v power supply for my phone was not working and the car was changed immediately. The staff was very friendly in direct delivery to the airport terminal and leaving it there. I recommend this company for those who are looking for comfort and good service.

Excellent service, in our last rental we puncture a wheel just before arriving at our rural house in Ojen, they solved everything in less than an hour. In short, the whole process from when we got to rent the car until we delivered it has been very simple, comfortable and without surprises. FRAUD - AVOID THIS CAR RENTAL COMPANY AT ALL COSTS! IF I COULD GIVE A ZERO STAR I WOULD! I too have fallen foul of the deposit being taken and not refunded. However my was EUR 800!!! I am taking it up with the credit card company to try to recover the money. We had the same excuses about the repayment system not working and now emails are just ignored. They also trade as 1Rentacar - beware * March 2020 - In response to the reply below which came through two years late - you did not refund any money. I claimed it back through the credit card company who I booked it through. They explained to me that non-returned car booking deposits were an increasing area of fraud but that they could do little about it. DO NOT PROVIDE THIS COMPANY WITH A DEPOSIT UNLESS VIA CREDIT CARD - YOU WILL NOT GET IT BACK. Don't be fooled by the more recent reviews and replies!!!!

We have used this company twice and have just booked a second time. Do not pay any money on your card until you arrive at the airport, respect the web price and it has been very professional. The cars have been in very good condition. The service is very fast and efficient. Excelent company

We rented with this company, and we had a problem as soon as we left the airport because we had a puncture in a wheel. Rapido came a man named Jhon, and did not help to change the flat tire and he took the wheel to repair the next day he was at my hotel to return the repaired wheel. Truly, with this type of service, I am a customer for life.
