The best place to stay in El Chorro. Amazing and friendly atmosphere

What a great place to stay. We stayed here with our campervan for two weeks. The hosts Juan and Ruth are so welcoming and speak German, English, Spanish and French perfectly (they are Suisse and Irish but do live here for years). They helped us when we had trouble with our bus (translating via the phone towards the Spanish garage etc). Their Finca is a great place to stay. It is in the middle of the mountains (15 min walk down to el chorro), and they rent houses, dorms and campsites. The showers etc are very clean and they change i e. the shower curtains regularly (which I appreciate a lot!). Furthermore, you can go climbing, hiking, horseriding and so much more up here. Thank you guys so much for letting us feel home so much!
Nice place, supportive staff, good view and a lot of facilities to use (boulder wall, slack line, kitchen, pizza oven, barbecue grill, living room, shower, wifi, chminee, little shop, ...). Close to the climbing spots and close enough to the village. Will come again
A beautiful place to stay, and very nice people! We took a climbing course and it was perfect, looking forward to the next one!
Amazing weekend spent here, short walk to the lake and caters for all types of accommodation and budgets.
Our arrival was very spontaneous. We stayed at the Finca for one night. At the reception it is possible to buy some food or drinks and the very best is, that you can bring your own stuff and prepare it in the restaurant kitchen. A lot of climber use this opportunity and come together in a big room to drink a beer or to play pool after hiking. Very friendly team and great atmosphere. We are thinking about coming back ;-)
Simple yet cool and laid back place. Absolutely peaceful and beautiful surroundings.
Friendly campsite close to El-Chorro climbing area. Breakfast/Dinners can be ordered in advance. One night in tent cost around 9euro. Well equipped kitchen for camp guests. There is small grocery store with everything one could need when living and climbing including bread, muessli, vegetables, cheese and beer. There is large common room bar with decent selection of beer specials, friendly cat , and comfortable sofas. Washmashine available for camp guests. I definitely recommend this camp, one of the best places you can stay in when climbing around.
