I love the fact all you do is try to make the feedback from your customer irrelevant. When we look at all the negative feedback you have, which are a lot between your properties (because of the extra charges mainly!! ) you seriously should think of possibly changing things? All you do instead is reply to your customers feedback with excuses! Either saying they never stayed at flats you rent, or you don't believe their feedback, or you pretend they're spams!! One advice from someone who stayed at one of your flats and was so angry at you is to possibly improve the customers vision of your service and flats?!! And yes I efficiently advise future victims by leaving actual feedback about the terrible experience I had which is shared by others! Many others.

Lovely flat with great finishes. Nice layoput. Apartment is very comfortable. The beds are standard sized, the water pressure is good and you have all the coooking tools to make meals at home
