The Guide

Do NOT book anything with these people. Our experience has been horrible. A couple of hours before we arrived to BCN, we called the agency to make sure that all is ready and to let them know that we are coming. When we came, they just told us that the apartment we booked was not available. We felt it was too late to look for something else, it was the last minute, so we accepted their suggestion to stay at another one of their apartments. the place was DIRTY, and the HEATING WAS NOT WORKING. There were stains everywhere, even on the PILLOW CASES, wow. They came to "fix" the heating, but it failed. The heating continued to not work. These guys didn't care. They kept us there till 22 h, and then they saw that the heating would not work, no matter how long they wanted to keep us there. When I said, again, that it is late , the guy finally took us to another apartment, but we could not enter the parking with our car, because the parking was too small. In addition, the apartment was dumpy and far away. So, we had enough and we decided to leave. Luckily, another apart-hotel had rooms. Suites Avenue at Passeig de Gracia - what an amazing company. They saved us, and it took them 5 minutes to give us everything we needed - clean, beautiful, warmed up space and the next morning breakfast (even though we didn't ask for it), and they offered to help us with anything we might need. On the other hand, the guys from My Space Barcelona refused to give us our money back, even though we spent only 2 or 3 hours at their dirty, cold apartment. They refused to call back and try to resolve this situation. Then, when we talked to booking, and explained the situation, they decided to lie to Booking. Not only their apartments are dumpy, but so is their work ethics. Lying and stealing is not good, guys, and people should (and will) know about this.

Great location! Our party of seven recently stayed in the apartment. It is very centrally located with a store across the street and many fun bars and restaurants in easy walking distance. The apartment was clean and spacious. The staff was helpful and responsive. My only suggestion is that they could provide a few extra towels. I would recommend the apartment.

Excellent location, very clean.. spacious , well equipped except take your shampoo and shower supplies. Roof top terrace spectacular with swiminpool. Could use some newer patio furniture, but still adequate. Be prepared for some stair climbing or a teeny /tiny elevator. I loved it just the same and would go again.

Awesome local site to search for rooms and flats for both long term and short term stay. Affordable price with great service. I rented one room for a month in the zone of Sarria - Sant Gervasi. It was super calm and clean. 100% recommended.

Worked perfect for us! We stayed in the apartment with 2 bedrooms and living room as it was just me and my wife. We really enjoyed and the staff was very kind at all times Some of the neighbours were noisy during one night but as soon as we called to their emergency phone number they made it stop so we and the rest of guests could have a good rest A very pleasant stay!

The location is nice and there are local shops around Once arrived there was towels, all beds done and even shampoo, soap and shaving gel Staff very kind and helpful! Thank you
