I recently ordered a new Skoda Karoq. An excellent car and an exceptional sales and customer service staff. Cecilio and Laura are very knowledgable, professional, and courteous. They guided me through the selection and ordering process and adapted to my many changes as I was waiting for the factory to build my car. They provided careful and attentive orientation and training once the car arrived and Laura has maintained contact after delivery of the car to ensure all is going well. A great Skoda dealership with a highly trained and professional staff.
