Our assigned mortgage advisor was Joyce and she was terrific throughout. Professional, responsive, knowledgeable, patient and empathetic, she helped us to understand the labyrinthine property purchase process in Spain - initially through preliminary calls and emails, then throughout the six weeks that we were in Barcelona property hunting, and finally through the 10 weeks between the signing of the arras and the actual closing.
