Atención al cliente absolutamente inexistente. Ni por correo ni por teléfono. Más de una semana esperando un pedido. Ni número de seguimiento ni atención al cliente. Me río yo de las 24/48 horas de envío que anuncian.

Compré un ampli ex-demo , me facilitaron toda la info rápidamente, pero llegó con algún golpe del transporte. Llamé a UME outlet y me lo arreglaron, a coste suyo, claro, en el servicio técnico. Empresa honrada y de confianza, por lo menos en mi experiencia.
