We waited two nights in a row for over 30 minutes in a long line. The Mistura Ice Cream were the best ever. Service was with a smile and their boxed lunches were delicious too!

Fantastic ice cream prepared with topping before your eyes. 2 flavours incl 2 toppings for 3,95! Few seats indoor, a bit hot during my visit so outdoor seating would have been nice. WC available.

Went to the Mistura outlet at Augusto Figueroa. Fell in love with the place, even more so with the food. The waitress was really friendly and helpful and gave us good recommendations for the best ice cream / sorbet that pairs best with the waffle we have chosen. We especially love the dark chocolate sorbet. Thick, refreshing and every mouthful is a joy. You’ll not get sick of it at all. We also had the pistachio ice cream with the dulce de leche sauce. The pistachio ice cream was nutty and added a very earthly taste to the sweet sauce. Those topped onto the crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside waffles brought me and my partner to food heaven. Also, we would like to give a special shoutout to the lady serving us for our great taste in music! Dean Lewis ️ Made our eating experience even better!
I went here after having some yummy pizza at Brew Wild Pizza...The waiter there recommend Mistura for ..We got there about 30 minutes before closing time. The guy that was there was very nice and friendly.
