Unfortunately I just had a bad experience with Customer Service. As a 60yr old Irish Gentleman politely asking about a problem Apple Screen (in Spanish) that was left in for checking from a company using some 20 Apple computers in which I am a senior manager, I was seen by a young man who could even bother getting up from his seat or working on his computer to deal with me, then he conversed from 2m distance to tell me there was nothing wrong with the screen, leaving me to ask then what I should do next - his reply (from behind his screen at a distance) was to arrange to collect it. I wont be recommending our company to have any dealings with this shop and you have lost business thanks to one of your employees who really should be told. I think this is the first time in my life I have posted a complaint and I am amazed I do it. I will also look for the official Apple code to inform. Many decent people look for jobs these days who would not behave like that to a customer let alone an older person who is obviously foreign, although I expect no special treatment - just common courtesy.

Tuve un problema con mi MacBook Air (reconocimiento del disco duro) y me atendió uno de sus técnicos. Fue muy resolutivo y en menos de 20 minutos me había resuelto el problema e incluso me dio algunos consejos. Muy recomendable.

La atención pésima con desgana y soberbia del estilo o sabes nada de tecnología\. Evidentemente sé poco comparado con el personal de la tienda, o al menos esa es mi expectativa. La cuestión es que al final en 3 intentos en 3 fechaa diferentes acabo igual, sin resolver el problema con mis aparatos Apple.
