There were two guys. One that was lovely, a guitarist (but he’s there just for the time being) and unfortunately another scruffy one (the owner maybe?) that was VERY disagreeable and had no idea what he was talking about, all while trying to “mansplain” obvious things to “poor little woman” me. This is preposterous. I have my faire share of knowledge about midi controllers and was looking for an Arturia Beatstep to use with my iPad Pro 2018. This guy told me it would not work with it and literally talked dumb to me on why it wouldn’t work.. “it says on the box that it only works with Mac or PC”... “you see these little buttons? They’re LEDs.. iPads won’t put up enough volts to power them”... it did not matter how much I explained that new iPads Pro do power this type of MIDI controller, that even with old iPads a powered usb hub would do the trick.. but he refused to listen and was SEVERELY rude and to top it off, very much misinformed. I totally ignored his rants and I bought the Beatstep anyway... got home, it worked PERFECTLY with my iPad Pro 2018, no need for a powered hub, all functionality is there. This shop has good prices and a good selection... but one of the guys there is incredibly rude and misinformed. By the end of my experience, I really wanted to go buy elsewhere. thank god for the other guy who was so nice. Buy here ONLY if you know your stuff and know what you want. These people are not experts. You’ve been warned.

Staff was friendly and very helpful and were able to speak English. Helped me reserve an item easily. The store is quite nice with a deep inventory for various audio gear.

Great store in Madrid. The staff speak english and spanish and they are really friendly and know what they are doing. Unfortunately the product that I was looking for wasn't available, but they showed me some great alternatives.

This is the place to go in Madrid if you are after DJ equipment, it has a great selection of DJ equipment stocking everything from top of the line Pioneer CDJs to Numark and Native Instruments with a great range of keyboards and controllers on offer. I spent an age in this store with the staff who could speak no English but made me feel truely welcome, Check it Out.
