A bit overhyped for tourists, in my opinion. There were quite a few stalls open, but everything was pretty expensive for Spain and there were not a lot of different options, but rather just the same 'tourist-y' foods over and over again. It was definitely fun to walk around, but definitely only if you're in the area. Note: Visited in Jan 2020 but catching up on reviews because- COVID.

Visited here for 4yrs. Nice place to eat and enjoy the view. But i felt some soil in the shells.
A lively market. There are many tourists, but you can enjoy local food. I ate seafood here. The price was a little tourist place.
It is so big and full of fresh food. You can find food ranging from fresh food to fish and meats. The vibe of this place is great.
Very nice large open market. It has flowers, fresh meat and fresh seafood. Please keep in mind the is a tourist area. Everything is priced for tourist. I just enjoyed walking around seeing all the different things the market had to offer. For purchase I would suggest going to Santa Caterina which is a very close walk. The market is also very crowded. It's hard to get through some areas due to the amount of people. *I went before COVID* Not sure what has changed since.
