Super busy local farmer's Market and what we love is how organised they are with the current covid situation. The stores offers all the local cheese of the islands, fruit & veg, spices & bakeries.

Got there quite late in the afternoon, as we had 30 mins spare before our flight. Many of the stalls were closed, but those remained open had lots of fresh fruits and vegetables.

A nice Saturday market full with local tasty products that you cannot find anywhere else. We've been there for 30 min only because we were in a tour, and it wasn't enough to taste everything. I recommend the cheese, sweets and bread. Nice sweet breads such as egg bread and almond bread, local sweets called truchas - the once with sweet potatoe are yummy. The goat cheese is delicious. And of course, loads of fresh fruits and vegetables at very decent prices. I suggest take at least one hour to get to see all the kiosks in there, taste everything and talk with the locals who are very nice and helpful. It's exactly behind the bus stop, so you can get there very easily. For sure you won't leave empty handed, there is something for all tastes.

the agricultural and biological market of San Matteo is a real pearl inside you can find honey, cheese, baked goods, herbs and herbal teas, fresh eggs and the best in terms of fruit and vegetables. Every month there is then a fair where you can eat and where you can add to the already present, numerous outdoor stands ... to visit absolutely
