I came today at 7pm and i found it closed although it closes at 8pm as they announce in google maps
Very helpful service. My mom has pneumonia during our trip. After a bit of waiting in line we got to see a doctor who prescribed antibiotics. The visit was 60 Euros which I thought was very reasonable.
It's at the 7th floor of the building at Gran Via 67. It open on Monday to Friday only and close on Sat & Sun. I'm a tourist from Hong Kong and I don't speak Spanish. I've got a sprain ankle during my journey. I went to this clinic to see the doctor. Most of the staff don't speak English but they were very helpful and asked a doctor whom pass by to come over and translate for me to see what I want and helped me arrange a consultation in the reception. The consultation doctor even helped me arrange a physiotherapy immediately which was really helpful! The junior physiotherapist was the most helpful one. She speaks English very well and can helped me to communicate with the other therapist and the consultation doctor even she was really busy! She even helped me to ask the consultation doctor to wrote me a prove for the insurance company. This clinic was quite busy and many people go to have consultation and treatment/rehabilitation. So you may need to wait for a while to see the doctor. Consultation fee 90, Physiotherapy 25/half an hour. They can pay by credit card.
Attending for physiotherapy which has been disappointing so far as no analysis undertaken just sat with electronic devices to relax muscles
