A truly wonderful place! The coffee is great, the food is great, the organice juice is great! Location: 5* - Right next to the Torres Quart Service: 5* - I wanted to practice my Spanish and they have been very patient and accommodating. The food was prepared very quickly and so were the other drinks. Decor: Mayan themed (obviously) but it has a real raw and natural feel to it. Food & Drink: 5* - The Tortilla was amazing. I have had it for the last two days, and will be coming back every morning. The coffee is some of the best I’ve ever had and the orange juice was so good I could have drank litres (thank god they only put it in a medium glass). Overall, if you’re coming to Valencia, don’t leave until you’ve tried this place. A true gem.

I’ve lived in Valencia for over a year and here you will find the best coffee of the city. What’s unique about this cafe is that they have a hand in the entire process as they get beans from the plantation of the owners wife. Then there is Max, the barista who competes in national barista competitions. He roasts a selection of South American beans and serves a the perfect coffee while being very friendly to all.

By far, THE BEST COFFEE in Valencia. Located on a quiet corner directly in front of the Quart Towers, Mayan coffee is the quintessential coffee shop-- warm, cozy, and inviting with good eats and equally good music. Don't miss it. Max and Oscar will make your visit worthwhile.

We had read about Mayan Coffee so decided to walk over and try it... Very friendly people, you are greeted with a smile. I had a cortado and my husband had a latte. Excellent!!! Nice and rich. It’s literally right next to Torres de Quart (the massive castle looking tower). We had our delicious coffee and walked up the stairs to the top of Torres de Quart, which is free, and had amazing views of the city!

Great cafe serving their own Guatemalan coffee beans. Whatever your favourite way of brewing is, they have it.
