Same as the others, an order waiting since May, with concurrent delays about delivery which still has not arrived and lack of communication on their side and transparency EDITED: why don't you answer your phone / emails as prompt as you reply to a google review? I am still waiting your call back with my delivery or refund. I have my Hoja de Reclamaciones ready to be submitted al Ministerio

Placed an order for a team, my manager have changed dates 4 times, and still didn't deliver items, requested for money refund. Haven't received money back either! They are not answering emails or phone calls anymore

Tal com ha passat a altres clients vostres jo TAMBÉ porto esperant una peça de roba -que em van dir havíen trobat al magatzem la setmana pasada- des del dia 29 de gener de 2020 que el meu Club (CA La Cala) va fer la comanda i pagar lequipació. Entenc que pel tema Covid 19 tot s'endarrerís -fins i tot em puc creure això per un período de 4 mesos-. Ara bé, d'aquí a un mes fara 1 any que encara espero la peça de roba... Sí sí, qualitat molt bona... …. però servei i tracte amb clients DESASTRÓS i MOLT LAMENTABLE.

Lamentable servicio. Camisetas pedidas desde junio y pagadas desde el minuto 1. Tras meses de espera decidimos anular el pedido y solicitar la devolución del dinero. Continuamos sin recibir el dinero pese a contactar con ellos constantemente y darnos largas. Eso desde mi punto de vista se llama robar y es denunciable. Leo que sois muchos los que habéis escrito algo similar, si alguien ha denunciado la situación me gustaría contactar con vosotros con el objetivo de realizar una denuncia conjunta que tenga mas peso. Gracias
