The guy at the front - reception was ignoring us, but the lady was very nice and allow us to look around the resto while we were waiting for our food. Food taste just so so, nothing special, taste not bad but also not good!

had the most wonderful evening here, the atmosphere, food, service and decoration of the restaurant was amazing. We has the igloo which seated upto 6 people, nice and cosy atmosphere with colourful lights everywhere. I had the chicken creamy coconut curry with rice and it was
They are completely understaffed. We arrived at our booked time, but were ignored and left to wait outside while one person made a tour and q&a with walk-ins. I was on the verge of leaving - at least acknowledge waiting customers! Our waiter somehow never showed up and another server took our order. Well into the main course, suddenly our waiter showed up. The food was good, but not great, and I would have appreciated to have a spiciness level choice. The portions were big. We sat in a cabana, but it was not very comfortable. Somehow was the table too far away from the bench - and everything was fixed so that we couldn't adjust the seats accordingly. The cocktails were good. Waiters were from northern Europe and didn't speak Spanish.
Beautiful location But my husband got very bad stomach from the chicken P.s when we made the reservation online, we asked for a nice table since it’s our first time, ofc we wanted to sit near the pool area, but when you book your option is: inside, terrace or garden. But when you haven’t been there you don’t know what to choose. We wanted to sit so we could look over the pool. But we got a table in the back of the garden and couldn’t see anything of the pool. AND we got placed right next to a big table with a lot of kids, who was running Around screaming and shouting. Not romantic. We asked to sit in the houses at the pool but was told all was occupied, but when we came all was empty and when we left only 1 was full. The rest was still empty. Bad experience. And normally when we like a place we go 2-3 times a week. Probably won’t be back, unless we get visitors from other countries, because the setting is worth a visit
Few weeks ago, we booked a table there for a surprise's Birthday for our soldier friend who came back after working abroad for a while. We thought everything was okay because we booked enough days before the date to sort it out. We received the confirmation email and everything was alright. That night, we arrived there and the waiter said there wasn't any booking for us. Nobody called us, nobody sent us an e-mail, absolutely nothing. Once we claimed the waiter started to tell excuses and lies to justify that big mistake. He was changing what happened all the time one of us asked to him. He even showed us the mail box and we saw how others reservations taken after our reservation for that date were confirmed. I might understand that everybody can fail, but he didn't try to sort it out, he didn't offer as a solution to the problem they made of course. He just said sorry and invited us to go because the place was full. Obviously they ruined our surprise because after trying to solve this for over an hour, our friend was coming and catched us there. Honestly we couldn't even try the food but the experience was awful. This waiter ruined our night and didn't even tried to sort out the situation or offer an solution. He just told lies all the time. What a mess. After this awful experience, we were there out in the street and nowhere to go at that time. Walking next to beach, we found out a restaurant called \El capitán\ and thankfully they sorted out our night, with a great food, a great service, funny jokes and a surprise from waiters and waitress to the Birthday's man. It's pretty clear here who are the professional ones, who took new clients who will come back and who lost new potential clients.
