Very helpful staff. The owner speaks English. He is asking for reasonable deposits for the motorcycles not like some other motorcycle hire companies on Gran Canaria. Motorcycles are in good condition. They are scratched a little bit but you have to expect that on the motorcycles for hire. At the same time this is a good thing as he don't care too much if you make a little scratch so you don't have to be worry that you will lose a deposit just because you've made 10mm scratch. I wish that every Motorcycle hire place be like this. Great experience. I would go back there without doubt. Thank you very much for your service. Thanks to you We've had amazing holiday.

Despite the friendly and forthcoming owner, my experience with BM Bike was very disappointing. I cannot speak for all the motorcycles this company rents, but only the ones my friend and I rented - a Honda NC700X (reg plate 1898 HNY) and a BMW 650 GS (reg plate 5277 HNV) which were in horrible condition. The BMW had over 70.000 km and the Honda over 90.000 km. The Honda's front tire was very dangerously worn and the BMW had a Metzeler front tire (which we were told was installed two weeks earlier, despite looking quite worn and having a 2015 DOT) and a Continental rear tire. I could go into detail about the visual appearance of both motorcycles, which indicated that they were way past their prime, but the most important fact is that they were both unsafe to ride. The Honda had something wrong with its steering, which made it very difficult to enter left hand corners, where it seemed the front would slip at any moment. It just felt very unstable and almost unrideable. The BMW wasn't much better. It was obvious that both of these motorcycles were dropped and/or crashed multiple times during their very, very long careers. I simply cannot understand how someone can have the audacity to rent these two motorcycles to anyone - they were obviously very poorly maintained and definitely unsafe to ride. We were required to leave a deposit of 1000 euros, which is ridiculous since these two motorcycles combined aren't worth that amount anymore. We rode around the island for 140 km and returned the motorcycles that same day in the afternoon, extremely relieved that we didn't crash them. Considering our disappointing experience, I definitely would not recommend BM Bike.
Warm recommendations. I rented a motorcycle for 4 days with equipment at a great price. The owner was reliable and helpful.
No Problems, really nice guy, fair prices! He's a really good person and no salesman! Definitely recommended!
Had a dubious pleasure of renting a BMW 650GS from BM Bike. Cons: - The bike was clearly dropped MANY times. The handlebar was bent and under not so ergonomic angle, to the point where my right hand was in a pain after a 15 minute ride. - There were heavy vibrations on the chain-drive (and yes - I did ride other single cylinder bikes) and the engine sounded like it was on it’s last legs. - The alternator was not working at all, and after two day rental the battery went flat, and I have only managed to push start it once. When engine stalled the second time it was too low to crank again. - Bike was dirty, paint corroded and the chain have not seen a brush for a long time. Pros: - They have sent the flatbed truck the next day and I did not have to accompany the beaten up GS to the rental place (I had to wait and hour and half of my holiday time and when asked for at least a partial refund - none was given) - The owner is a nice chap, good to talk to, but I think he needs to start replacing some of his motorcycle fleet. I have seen other bikers on the island, and their machines looked like brand new. They have rented from another place. Next time I will do the same.
