This store is so big, and has lots of room. There are so many things, probably anything you can think of (for your pet). So many toys, food, e.t.c, there was also a \pet bakery\, that has treats and even a cake. The people where also VERY nice, so yes, I LOVED this pet store.

Great attention and helpful to every question we had since we got a new puppy. He unfortunately even pooped in the store and I was going to clean it but they refused. I appreciate their assistance and them having to deal with this inconvenience with such professionalism. This has since been my go to store.
Very helpfull employes and good brands along with animals in good condition. They have stuff for many animals even exotics. Im not even going to consider going to other pet shops
Nice shop. Animals look well-looked after. However, myself and my niece were very disturbed to see how the employee traumatised the fish as she chased viciously after them, resulting in two poor fish falling on the ground, flopping away. There was very little concern for the stress out the fish. Add an aquarium owner of over 30 years, I can assure you, that this is almost always lethal to fish. The correct method of collecting fish from the aquarium is to slowly herd the fish to a corner and to take out slowly and softly...... and to not allow any fall on the ground. It is our responsibility as the carers of animals to ensure we look after them correctly. Good shop otherwise.
I've changed my mind about this shop. Most of the girls who work in the shop are very nice, but the guys are mostly absolutely useless, especially in the aquarium section. The shop is nice with great supplies, but what's the point in that if you don't have decent customer service? We were here with the intention of buying about 50 fish for our several aquariums. We waited patiently behind the customer ahead of us. However, as she spent more than 45 minutes asking about the ONE fish that she wanted to buy.......and never deciding on anything........we finally gave up and left the shop. There wasn't even acknowledgement from the staff member of our presence. He just kept answering the stupid questions of this indecisive woman, instead of asking her to 'think about what she wanted' while he dealt with us. A dreadful way to treat the customers. Do they think that our time is not as valuable as ours? I wouldn't be surprised if the women is STILL in the shop deciding on the one fish that she wants to buy for her little angel.
