This place says they are 24h service but when you phone them there phones are turned off.. So unprofessional. This place and ngorong-ngorong centro canino are the same place. Plus these people put false reviews on their pages to make them look good. But there are a lot of false reviews and I will report them to Google. If you love your pet stay away from this palce and ngorong-ngorong centro canino..
This place is really good with friendly and service minded staff. Clean and good environment for your loved ones. And only 10 min from Alicante airport, perfect! We've used Mary's pet hotel for many years now with no problems whatsoever.
