The bathroom didn't work, it floods the neighbors, an employee of the company \monkey\ comes to my apartment and says that I am to blame. Often there is no water. Experiencia muy negativa. Reservamos una villa para verano (agosto) con opción de cancelación gratuita. Cancelamos la reserva con 6 meses de antelación, y se nos prometió el reembolso con retraso, a día de hoy estamos en diciembre y todavía no se nos ha devuelto el dinero. La explicación que se nos da es: Estamos viendo la viabilidad de la empresa y a partir de enero 2021 si empezamos a recibir dinero de nuevas reservas iremos gestionando las devoluciones. Una vergüenza....
