I don't know why they have so low evaluation, but I've been there last week to change the batery. Everything pass flow and personal was very kind and helpful. Recomend.

Fine and fast service. I was not yet a client of Ceatano Benet, because I have a Dutch license plate. My battery was almost empty and broken. I was immediately helped at Caetano Benet. I left with a Big Smile with a new original battery, for a nice price. Perfectly helped by Cristobal Romero Moreno. This makes me happy ! Keep up the good work. I will definitely come back to this mercedes establishment

Yesterday I brought my car to Mercedes for an inspection. Everyone spoke English or German. Now I called Mercedes to ask if my car is ready and the woman on the phone said she does not speak English or German - only Spanish, even though 80% in the company at least spoke English! I tried to tell her in Spanish that I want to speak to an English or German speaker or to Mr. Romano from service department, and she said no one speaks these languages, but they do! She did not redirect me to service department and I ended up with nothing. Very, very bad customer service through phone for such a big company.

This was the worst customer service. i have been in Spain over 20 years and have seen some terrible customer services which has been questionable however the customer service received on the telephone by Ana Moreno on the telephone was disgusting and i will always avoid dealing with this company as long as this person is working here. if it was possible to give zero stars then i would.
