Single worst logistics/delivery experience of my life. It’s been 42 days since an emergency laptop was sent to be overnight delivered by UPS. I have provided the requested tax document four (4!) times. I have to call and email them daily and every time am assured it will get taken care of. I wish I could give negative stars, and I have asked that my company never use UPS ever again. My recommendation if you are reading this is to use literally any other company.

Delivery guy rang the doorbell one time,though I quickly run to the door to open it and speak on the phone, he wasn't there anymore. Now I have to pick it up tomorrow from the store. This isn't a proper door to door deliver. This is a in store pick up service, given the delivery guys ring the bells and run back and drive immediately.

Rubbish! Pity you can't award zero stars. Failed to deliver last Friday because we live in the country side. No phone call from the driver. checking the website and app for the status, tells me to update or change the address. Emailed, phoned, used the app - NOTHING WORKS!
