Brilliant! Having used Budget previously (which involved an hour plus wait for service and extra windscreen “charges”), I booked with Centauro instead. Couldn’t be happier! Shuttle was quick (5 mins max), only had to wait for one person to clear the queue and then collection of the vehicle was pretty quick as well. Almost new Ford Fiesta that had excellent air con and got me where I needed to go for the week. Drop off was just as easy - the guy came out, quick walkaround, checked the fuel, bish bash bosh done

I used Centauro's service twice in a 3 week period. I booked the cars through Rentalcars.com and found that Centauro's service was quick and well managed. As I took full protection through the Rental Car service a 950 deposit was taken from my account and upon returning the car I was immediately refunded without any issues. The petrol deposit was returned 3 or 4 days after I had completed the booking. The whole service was great and the cars were in perfect condition. Would definitely rent from them again.

The personnel cheated me on apparently \missing trunk blind\! It was never there when I collected the van and it was logical that it is useless in a van anyway! Instead Centauro's employee (Juan) accused me of losing the blind and charged me 348 EUR!!! This is a JOKE! Not to mention that the car smelled for dirty animals but again Juan ignored that and was focused on the blind itself like he knew from the beginning that it was not there when I was collecting the van! And the reason I am sure he knew about this is because first thing he did was opening the trunk to check the blind! Only then he looked at other parts of the van's! This was the worse ever experience with a car rental I ever had!!!

Charged 300 for a \forced lock\. The car was kept behind a locked gate at our villa for the entirety of our stay, so this could not have happened during our time with the car. Vehicle was Fiat Panda reg 5960-LHK. Hopefully this can help the next person they charge for it. If you use this company then please make sure you take pictures of the locks in particular. We're not the only people this has happened to and the \damage\ is almost invisible.
