In Maker Club León, following the Maker Movement and its values, we are firm believers in collective knowledge, team work and cooperation. The aim of the Maker Club León is to give the opportunity to obtain practical skills in engineering through the development of collaborative projects. Maker Club León seeks to promote and boost different projects by providing tools, resources, knowledge and funding. Any member of the MCL can propose a -well documented- project and after been reviewed, it would be carried out. In addition to the projects, Maker Club León organizes and participates in different events, aiming to create an inspiring and enriching atmosphere to facilitate ideas, dreams and projects. At the moment, Maker Club León has more than 20 members, most of them engineering students at the 'Escuela de Ingenierías Industrial e Informática of the Universidad de León, but it welcomes everyone, regardless of background, who is willing to learn, make and share.
