I ordered a Herno coat from this boutique via Farfetch. The coat arrived without the pictured belt. I tried the coat on and as it was too small and I was returning it the next day after delivery, I didn't bother to write in. I had not removed any tags and returned the item in the exact condition received, in the same packaging. The boutique accused me of failing to return the belt and accused me of wearing the item! I will never do business with such a place again. Awful experience.

Bought an item from this boutique on Farfetch, I waited 8 days and the status is still preparing for shipping. Did not hear anything from the boutique regarding the order until I called the customer service of Farfetch and was told the shop doesn't have inventory to send. If I never call CS I would never know about this and my credit card would still be charged of an item I will never receive.

一家装修精美绝伦的男装店，但是不允许退货，只能置换成其他物品或者衣服，柜员的态度非常糟糕，给二星是因为这家店有打折的off-white值得一逛。

He ido esta mañana y en cuanto a calidad de los productos ninguna queja, el problema radica en que si te ven joven, te persiguen y te miran como si fueses a robar, moviéndose siempre al lado tuya como en los bazares chinos. Y cuando necesitas hacer un par de preguntas acerca de un producto, te contestan de malos modos. Molesta mucho que en una tienda pretendida a tener \cierto nivel\ traten a sus clientes de una manera tan despectiva y poco profesional. Uno va alli dispuesto a dejarse bastante dinero y no apetece recibir ese tipo de trato. Desde luego, no volveré.
