A good warhammer store, I think the manager there who was appointed 2 years ago or so (jose I think his name is) is very good, communicates well and gets the orders or queries processed fast. The tables for play are good and they have a back room which is large but only been in once to collect a shop anniversary present by popping a balloon so dunno if it's used for gaming but woud be great if so.

Very good store! Couldn't take my eyes off of some models. I must have shot over 50 images and now I don't know what to buy next :-) Guys in the store are very well versed in the Warhammer history, both 40k and the Age of Sigmar, and it was a real please talking to fellow geeks :-) Great if you're into Warhammer universe, great if you're simply interested in "what is this all about?" Everyone in the store can ease you in and start from the beginning. If you think you may like this, but not sure, you'll be given a small model to try your painting skills on. Huge fun! Oh, and they all speak very good English :-)

The best GW shop that I have the pleasure to be in. I've been living in Madrid for 3 years and I have to say that I was very well treated by the staff, Jose, Txema or Fer. They are always helping you and you can always ask with confidence about any related question with paints, miniatures, rules, etc. There is also a good community in the shop, so you will be easily accepted by them. The shop has a lot of tables for playing, with nicely painted terrains. They have also several painting and playing tournaments, so you will enjoy to go there for finding activities to do.

Went there to buy some paints for a miniature, the guy attending me recommend the wrong paints (and didnt know about the faction i was talking about) or their own Citadel app for painting, But he was quick trying to make me book the codex even tho i said I only had 1 miniature and I was testing before getting more of those. Asked him another day for details on the bases on their painting contest that was unclear, with and example, Apparently he didnt knew which models i was talking about (Killa Kans) and was unable to answer. Cant say I am eager to go back.
