A company of thieves and scammers with a Spanish and EU government that lets them get away with it. They knowingly and deliberately sold tickets for flights that they knew where never going to happen (during Corona) and then refused to refund them. This is illegal under EU and Spanish law, but that apparently doesn't matter when you have good connections as a large company. Outside of Spain we call this stealing and scamming. A company of ordinary thieves. Never ever book here. I would go as far as avoiding doing business with any Spanish company.

Do not, REPEAT, DO NOT FLY VUELING!!!! THIS WAS THE WORST AIRLINE EXPERIENCE IN MY ENTIRE 40 Years of life!!!!!! If I could give ZERO stars for this review I would! They treat their customers like absolute garbage! Don't be lured in an fooled by the low cost of the ticket! The 107 ticket ending up costing me 3 days of my life, 840 cash, 7 lengthy phone calls and a myriad of stress!!!!

Failed online check in so we were forced to go to the check in counter and they made us pay 50 euros each for our carry on bags that we flew through many other airlines just fine because they were “too large”. The most rude employees and customer service could not explain why the online check ins were not working and they wouldn’t take card unless it had a PIN number so only debit cards? Ridiculous pricing and technical errors and rude staffing all around made this flight experience so terrible.

Its probably the worst flight company that exist ... My worst experience ever ... They dont respect the client ... and believe me I have experience with a lot unprofessional flight companies. This company should close once for all. It only exist to trick costumers ... Please, close this Company

By accident I used my initials instead of the full first name on the tickets. To change this Vueling charges 50,- admin fee (which is reasonable) PLUS the costs of the 'new' ticket price. The flight was fully booked but I had to re-purchase my already bought tickets for 3 times the price I bought them. I had to pay for each ticket 650,- extra for a flight to Porto with an initial ticket price of 280,-. This is real airline scam. I will never fly again with an airliner that has such an unfair policy for their clients.
