The gym is not bad, but they lack a lot machines for back exercises. U need to know how to use dumbbells. Moreover, smiths are always busy and there are only 2. Last, they lack grips for doing pull exercises, you will find yourself searching for a grip ver often

I’ve been going here for a few months now and the place is nice, clean areas, enough machines for everyone and the lockers are okay, I’ve never used the showers but a lot of people do. My only complaint is that the classes are not well organized, you have to sign up before them but the coaches still let everyone in, it gets too crowded and it’s hard to workout like that and it’s also difficult to follow the class. Also no one tells you were or how to line up so it’s a mess when there’s a lot of people
The gym gets too busy for its capacity and I almost always have to wait for a machine to open up. It lacks all equipment necessary, for example cable extensions or bar pads. Also they just have stupid rules when it comes to booking classes and subscriptions for passport holders (you are bound to 3 months).
My second home and love the space it has. Nice staff members too!!!
The gym’s ok. They have the necessary to do your workout. The receptionist, the young stuff, and a few personal trainers are friendly. The rest are professional but not too warm. On the other side, the primary pain point with this gym it’s that after 5 pm you can’t do your workout because it’s packed(mornings are good). Another pain point, the music it’s super loud, you need to scream to talk with your workout partners, not to mention the constant ads that are even louder.
